Three drinks that increase metabolism: Consuming these beverages, which can be easily prepared at home, can increase metabolism and help reduce weight. Here are some important weight loss beverages that you can prepare at home:

  1. Ginger, Lemon, Honey Infused Drink: To prepare this drink, you need 1 liter of water, 2 lemons, one-inch ginger piece, half teaspoon pepper, one teaspoon honey, and one teaspoon lemon juice. First, heat a large saucepan of water. Then, add 2 lemons, cut into small pieces. Next, add one lemon's peel. Add ginger and pepper. Allow it to simmer for a while. Then add honey and lemon juice. Stir well. You can drink this once it cools down. Ginger reduces insulin in the body and helps in weight loss. Ginger also increases metabolism.

  2. Cumin, Fenugreek, Black Pepper Infused Drink: To prepare this drink, you need 1 liter of water, 3 tablespoons of cumin, 2-inch fenugreek, one teaspoon honey, one teaspoon black pepper, and one teaspoon lemon juice. First, heat a saucepan of water. Then, add cumin, fenugreek, and black pepper. Let it boil for 5-7 minutes. Then, let it cool down. Once cooled, add honey and lemon juice. You can drink this once it cools down. Fenugreek helps in reducing cholesterol and preventing diabetes. The cumin added to this drink helps in reducing body weight effectively.

  3. Green Tea and Mint Infused Drink: To prepare this drink, you need 2 teaspoons of green tea leaves, 6-7 mint leaves, and 1 cup of water. First, boil one cup of water. Then, add mint leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Next, add green tea leaves and let it boil for another 3 minutes. Strain the tea and drink it. This drink helps in boosting metabolism and aiding in weight loss. Additionally, the mint leaves help in preventing indigestion.
