For individuals with malnutrition, washing Thuthi greens thoroughly and cooking them with added pulses, consuming a small amount of clarified butter along with it, and then consuming a little ghee after a meal will relieve malnutrition.

For individuals suffering from root diseases, boil Thuthi greens in water, drain the water, crush them slightly, mix with pulses, garlic, and a small amount of small onion, and consume it twice a week during lunch. This will reduce the complications caused by root diseases and gradually cure them.

Thuthi greens should be washed well in water, slightly crushed, and then soaked in water. After soaking, mixing them with a small onion, garlic, pepper, and the required amount of salt, and seasoning it well will reduce body heat.

Taking Thuthi leaves and applying them on wounds, covering them with a cloth soaked in castor oil, and tying them over bandages will heal wounds quickly.

Placing Thuthi leaves in water, boiling them along with green gram flour, and applying them as a poultice on boils will quickly heal them.

Placing Thuthi leaves in water and gargling with that water will cure diseases occurring in the mouth.

Consuming Thuthi greens once a week as part of the diet will benefit the stomach.
