Vertigo

Just taking a nap can lead to dizziness, is this the reason for it? Even home remedies lead to this! The general type of dizziness is called Vertigo by Ayurvedic expert G.K. Tharajeshree. When one's head is moved, this troublesome state is called Bramha in Ayurveda. Vertigo includes symptoms like dizziness, confusion, imbalance, instability, swaying of the head, spinning, fear upon seeing heights, migraines, and tinnitus.

Vertigo arises due to imbalances within the body, causing instability in the physical state. When we engage in activities like reading or lying down, it helps to improve the stability of the body's balance system. However, if there are imbalances within the body, Vertigo can occur due to these imbalances in the physical state.
